Concierge Service
- Meet & great service upon check in by our concierge team with a tour of the Resort.
- Daily housekeeping and dedicated staff included Monday through Friday until 2 pm.
- Assistance to guests to book tours, surf lessons, restaurant reservations, transportation needs, personal chef, tee times, etc.
- Weekly pool cleaning and gardening service included.
Additional Information
- No parties or group events allowed onsite.
- Government-issued photo identification required prior to arrival to ensure entrance through resort security gates.
- Security cameras are mounted in the exterior space and the garage. NO camera in interior space.

Use of elevator available for guests with mobility needs only (additional deposit and signed waiver required prior to check in)
- Guests will be provided with unique code for the smart lock on the front door that is only valid during the length of the stay.
- Each bedroom and the Great Room has its own separate air condition temperature control.
- Separate pantry and laundry rooms with full size washer and dryer.
- Secured garage parking for two vehicles. Additional parking available on driveway in front of garage.
- High quality 100% cotton bed linen.
- High speed fiber internet.
- 4 pm check in time and 10 am check out time. Early check in or late check out can be arranged subject to availability.
- Additional charges apply if the actual number of guests increases from the number of guests indicated on the accepted reservation. The total number of guests cannot exceed 14 under any circumstances.
Payment Details
- 10% discount on the daily rate is applied to guest stay with seven (7) or more nights.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- A flat $100.00 setup/cleaning fee is added to each reservation.
- A Value Added Tax of 13% on the total room rate and setup fee is collected from guests, as required by local tax authority,
- 50% of total payment (room rate plus setup fee plus Value Added Tax) is collected on the day that the reservation is confirmed.
- Final 50% of total payment is collected 30 days prior to guest arrival. For reservations during Christmas/New Year holiday period, the final 50% of total payment is collected 60 days prior to guest arrival.
- For damage deposit, a hold of $1500.00 will be placed on the guest's credit card 2 days before arrival date. The hold will be released 7 days after departure date if no damage is identified.
