Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
**Christmas & New Year Holidays Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges (less $500 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges (less $500 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Payment Details:
- All major credit cards accepted.
- A flat $100.00 setup/cleaning fee is added to each reservation.
- A Value Added Tax of 13% on the total room rate and setup fee is collected from guests, as required by local tax authority,
- 50% of total payment (room rate plus setup fee plus Value Added Tax) is collected on the day that the reservation is confirmed.
- Final 50% of total payment is collected 30 days prior to guest arrival. For reservations during Christmas/New Year holiday period, the final 50% of total payment is collected 60 days prior to guest arrival.
- For damage deposit, a hold of $1500.00 will be placed on the guest's credit card 2 days before arrival date. The hold will be released 7 days after departure date if no damage is identified.
